Somos Latinos y Latinas

 March 16 for Undergraduates

March 17 for Graduate and Professional School Students

7pm - 8:30pm

Room 217 Page Building

As part of our continuing commitment to serving the diverse student body here at Duke University, we at CAPS are seeking input from various student communities.  At this time, we are focusing on learning more about personal, social, and academic experiences of Latino/a students here at Duke. CAPS is hosting a Discussion Session for exploring the experience of Latina and Latino students at Duke.  We will be holding a session on March 16 for undergraduates and a second one on March 17 for graduate and professional school students in recognition of the different issues facing students at the graduate and professional school level.

We are interested in learning more about the Latino/a students as well as offering an arena in which students can share their experiences, form connections, and enhance their communities of support.

CAPS is committed to the development of a multicultural environment, one of which fosters inclusion and empowerment regarding diversity concerns for all participating students.
