Libby Webb, M.S.W., L.C.S.W, BCD - Associate Director

Libby received her Masters Degree in social work from Indiana University in 1980. She serves as Associate Director for Clinical Services. Prior to coming to Duke, Libby was employed as a Clinical Social Worker at Indiana University Counseling and Psychological Services. While at Indiana University, Libby was instrumental in the development of a university and community-wide task force which addressed the service needs of persons with AIDS.

Libby is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, the Academy for Certified Social Workers, the North Carolina Clinical Social Work Society, the American Group Psychotherapy Association, and the Association for the Coordination of Counseling Center Clinical Services (ACCCCS).  She is licensed as a certified clinical social worker and board certified as a Diplomate in Clinical Social Work. Her psychotherapy interests include the practice of group psychotherapy, gender-related issues, and the development of culturally competent psychotherapy standards.
