
Doris Iarovici, M.D. - Staff Psychiatrist
Doris completed medical school at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, CT. She did her residency training at Duke Medical Center. She has worked with students at CAPS since 1996. Professional interests include psychodynamic and relational psychotherapy, cross-cultural issues, and the interface between psychopharmacology and therapy. She is a Clinical Associate in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Duke University. She is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and the North Carolina Psychiatric Association. She holds a North Carolina medical license and is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
